Our build with Dale Alcock is coming to an end, and we are eagerly awaiting our handover in six days time! The build process has been smooth sailing ever since we started (getting started was a headache with the council). I would definitely recommend to friends to build with Dales. Our house looks amazing. We are really happy and can not wait for our first night in our forever home! Thanks so much guys! We are really happy!

Overall we are very satisfied with the entire process. Dale Alcock has built a lovely quality home which we absolutely love. The price estimated at the beginning and end was exact and nothing went over budget during the process. The materials used were good quality and no shortcuts were made during the whole process, trust me I was keeping a close eye during the whole build process.

I looked at a lot of builders before I decided to go with Dale Alcock. I chose to build with them because of the amount of customisation that was possible with the home. In the early stages they were really helpful in showing me what I could include within the home without being "pushy" and trying to sell me upgrades. The items that were included as standard in a Dales house far outweighs any other building I could find.
Throughout the build they kept me updates on the progress. entire build took 6 months from when the slab went down and there wasn't a day that progress wasn't being made.
